the hotel appearance outside was great with ample parking, free for my club room. reception staff were always on hand, ready to assist with taxi bookings, extra coffee pods, and pricing info.
one minor issue was the absence of a fridge in the room, i hope this is looked into.

the hotel offered plenty of disabled parking, excellent. it was conveniently close to my family, who enjoyed using the desirable pool and jacuzzi during their visit, very easy.

there's a starbucks and a lovely restaurant. i often booked rainbow taxis, the hotel has an ipad to help you book them. the pub staff were friendly. the food was nice!

The gym and pool were easily accessible. the bed was comfy. It was one of the comfiest beds i've had in a hotel. breakfast was superb. I really enjoyed it.
i arrived and tried to order room service but the app wasn't working. i had to go downstairs. i waited at the bar for 10 minutes to be told there was no fish left. the fish finger wrap wasn't as hot as it should have been.

the room was really spacious with good amenities. the gym was very modern with plenty equipment to use. i found parking very easy and convenient . the location suited me well for access to other areas.
i did notice a small stain on the carpet in the hallway outside my room.

The double room had two separate sinks. That was convenient. the room included a rainfall shower. I liked it. skysports was available in the hotel room. That worked well.

i really liked the pond outside, it looked so nice. the staff were lovely, very cheerful and helpful. the room i stayed in was also clean and tidy, and everything in there worked well.
the room got really noisy. i think classes happen nearby and i could hear them through the walls. it was quite early in the morning to. the tv also didn't work so great, and the signal was too weak.
